Saw Pedro working on a neighbor’s lawn and called him to do some work on my sprinkler system. They came out today - Pedro and his team were on time, worked quickly, and talked through all of the repairs with me before starting anything beyond the estimate. Pedro also took time to talk through yard treatments, and how to more efficiently use the system. We will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the first online review I have ever written. When I read all of his positive reviews I was little skeptical, nobody is a perfect Five Star but I now understand why. PC irrigation is one of a kind. Pedro was punctual, he has a great disposition about himself. When he arrived he immediately got to diagnosing the problem. He is meticulous all the while informing/teaching you step by step what he is doing. He is reasonable, his evaluations are clear, you never feel he’s trying to sell you. If you want somebody with integrity that will over deliver, Pedro is your guy, you will not be disappointed. I had to wait five weeks, I would do it again, he is worth the wait.

Pedro recently came out to my house in Colleyville for a system inspection and repairs. Pedro was very up front and detailed about the process of the inspection. Once the inspection was done, he walked me through our entire yard carefully pointing our recommendations for repairs. We then reviewed the pricing which was much lower than other companies I've gotten quotes from in the past. He then began the work and did an outstanding job! He even spent the time to give me a detailed watering plan for my yard so that I can reference for future seasons. I highly, highly recommend Pedro's services!

Bryant lawn and Irrigation originally put in my system. When I called for repair work I was told they were”working Frisco where the money is and didn’t think his guys would want to come to Saginaw.” My sister recommended PC Irrigation. Pedro and his co worker basically reworked/repaired my whole system including resetting my control panel and showing me how to set the seasonal settings. Leaks were repaired and the correct sprinkler heads/risers repaired and/or installed. Pedro’s Customer Service is spot on. PC Irrigation is professional and wherever they had to did was put back to where I could barely tell they had dug. I highly recommend this company! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

PC Irrigation does an outstanding job. I am very happy with the work - my sprinklers have never worked better. My grass cutter did his best, but PC Irrigation are experts at making your system as efficient as possible.

This was my first experience with Pedro and I have already made arrangements for him to come back and do additional landscaping work for me. Pedro did a complete evaluation of my sprinkler system with 15 zones. He replaced multiple sprinkler heads and rotors throughout the yard, I found him to be very knowledgeable and willing to share his experiences with me. Pedro was very organized in scheduling our appointment and then followed up via text an hour before the scheduled time as a reminder. His prices were very fair and he gave us a formal quote on site before proceeding with the work. He is very knowledgable about landscaping and gave us some great pointers on keeping our grass and plants healthy. What we liked best about Pedro is his honesty. Instead of installing a sprinkler control unit (that I had already purchased) he was able to guide us through the re-programing of our existing unit. He spent over 45 minutes teaching us how to re-program the unit. He also had his crew re-route one of our sprinklers. A job that would have taken me hours to do, his crew did in 15 minutes. It was perfect. I will certainly use Pedro again for any future irrigation projects.

Just wanted to share my experience with Pedro's Sprinkler Service. I had a zone that wasn't working properly so asked Pedro to come by and take a look. In addition to quickly and efficiently fixing the problem (Saving me 60$ in the process) Pedro was very thorough and checked the entire system as well as programming. He was able to give me many suggestions on how to optimize my sprinkler system from replacing nozzles that were spraying too far and wasting water, leaking base units, and crooked or sunken units that were only watering a subsection of the entire responsible area. As I had previously attempted to fix a few issues myself I was aware of how the system was operating and Pedro patiently was able to point out many items I hadn't even considered but were obvious once he showed them to me. I was also impressed by his knowledge and passion for the environment and dedication for water conservation. With his recommendations he was able to save me $$ on my water bill which is good for me, and save water in general which I suppose is good for everyone. I'd highly recommend Pedro for any issues regarding your sprinkler system or if you haven't had your system checked for a few years, or even if you have, I'd recommend his basic 65$ service just for the programming as he setup my timer to run based on grass type, shading/sun exposure, and gave me a guide to maximize water savings throughout the year. I will probably recoup the cost of his visit in water savings alone. My sprinkler system is now optimized and ready to go for the summer! Thank you Pedro for a job well done!

Needed Sprinkler repair on 27 year old home in Southlake. Pedro found the valves that were buried 3 inches under ground. Diagnosed the problem in a short period of time and had the problem repaired and my Sprinkler System working like new again. Price was very reasonable and affordable. Pedro Carreon was very professional and qualified to perform work on my irrigation system. He showed up on time and even sent me a friendly reminder the night before to remind me of his visit. I never felt pressured and the cost was not unreasonable or unexpected. Pedro showed me how to navigate my controller and took the time to answer any questions I had. Pedro is prompt, professional, on time and quickly identifies and provides an effective resolution. Pedro has been a great help to me. I first met him at my neighbors house. I needd a sprinkler leak repaired and he did so in a very professional manner at a reasonable price. I called Pedro after I recently saw a raving review on Nextdoor and boy that review was spot on!! First of all, he showed up on time and was extremely thorough when explaining exactly how he was going to inspect our sprinkler system. He then showed me how our unit worked with programming it and so forth. He spent many hours reworking sprinkler heads, fixing broken pipes and making sure our system was up and running super efficiently. After my experience with Pedro, whenever I need sprinkler system help or landscape lighting in the future, I won't go to anyone else but Pedro. Pedro is very knowledgeable and doesn't mind sharing his experience with you. He has a great desire to educate you so that you become a smarter landscaper. I had Pedro come out twice. Once was to add a sprinkler head and the other was to repair a leak. While he installed the sprinkler, he gave me some great tips on my new lawn and how to take care of it. From watering to recommending a fertilizer for a new lawn. Some insight that I would never have thought of. The next time he was out was to repair a leak. He was able to quickly pinpoint the area where the leak was and found a couple other issues causing me problems. And, then again, offering me cost saving tips on my watering program. One of the best parts of my experience with Pedro was his helpfulness. I was installing landscaping lights and he offered many suggestions and shared his knowledge of how to do a better installation that would last. You don't find too many like Pedro. Someone who is willing to take the time and explain things to you and educate you in the process. You won't go wrong with Pedro....

The world is full of so-called “service providers” who over-promise, show up late and overcharge for sub-standard work. Pedro Carreon at PC Irrigation is the exact opposite that kind of service provider. When we bought our house a year and half ago, he checked out the entire sprinkler system. He replaced a few heads and got the system working perfectly in about an hour. Recently, we had a shed built in the backyard. A few of the existing sprinkler heads were shooting water onto the shed, so I had Pedro come out again. He made an appointment to fit my schedule and texted me when he was 30 minutes from arriving. He changed out two heads to a different type of head and adjusted two other heads. He was done in 30 minutes and, just like the previous time he came out, the cost was incredibly reasonable. I knew Pedro also did landscape lighting, so, when he was here, I discussed with him what I wanted to do lighting-wise in the backyard by the pool. He got my idea immediately. He went to his truck and brought out different kinds of lighting and showed by how they work and what kind of light they put out. His expertise tremendously improved my original idea. We also discussed adding a larger transformer to my lighting in the front flower beds. That more-capacity transformer will make all the difference in upgrading my current system. We set another appointment for next week to take the next step in installing the lighting by the pool. It’s going to be great! Pedro Carreon is a highly-knowledgeable and incredibly skilled professional who is customer satisfaction oriented. He delivers to his customers that win-win situation folks are always talking about, but rarely experience.

In one word: Exceptional We had water accumulating in one area of our yard and thought it may be related to our sprinkler system. Luckily that same day someone posted on a neighborhood site their experience with PC Irrigation and recommended them highly. I figured I'd try calling them since I prefer to find service providers through referrals. My first impression was a good one because my call was answered immediately and in person by Pedro, the business owner. He set up an appointment right then and said he would do a thorough check of the whole system then provide a detailed report of his findings for my information. He later confirmed the appointment and gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance of his arrival. This is where it gets good. Pedro walked my whole system, staked it, and tested it. He explained where it was not working to full efficiency and how I could improve it. He worked tirelessly to try to find the leak that may be causing the water accumulation. He found numerous things that weren't quite right and he rectified them along the way. He couldn't find an explanation for the leak but he wouldn't give up. After much work he identified that it wasn't my sprinkler system after all but a structural plumbing problem and recommended I contact a plumber. He was so conversational and informative. He educated my along the way, explaining what he was doing and why. In the end, after being at my home for hours, my bill was only $166 that included parts! He didn't charge me a crazy per-hour rate like has happened to me in the past. On top of it, he's very knowledgeable on grass, shrubs, trees, and pesticides and gave me great recommendations for natural solutions. What a great find Pedro is! I can't recommend him highly enough.

We needed extensive repairs on several sprinkler heads and stations. Some needed to be moved, some were broken and several simply needed to be modified based on the growth of bushes and plants. Pedro did a full inspection of entire system. Gave me an estimate and stuck to it. No surprises. I had others come out the past 4 years to provide sprinkler repairs and they would always come up with a reason why it would cost more for the repairs. Not with Pedro. He not only is very good with sprinklers he is very knowledgeable about plants, fertilizer and plant disease. He recommended different products to improve my lawn and to repair the insect/water damage to my trees and bushes. You can't go wrong with him. He is fair and honest. Highly recommend him for all your sprinkler needs.
